Complaints Policy
Girlfriendly AI reviews complaints involving account conduct, billing concerns, moderation issues, impersonation, illegal content, and other platform-policy concerns submitted through our support team.
How to submit a complaint
Please email [email protected] with the subject line Complaint and include, if available:
- your full name and contact email
- the username, URL, chat, image, video, or page involved
- a clear description of the issue
- screenshots or supporting evidence that helps us investigate quickly
Review and resolution timeline
Every complaint is routed for human review. Girlfriendly AI targets an initial review as quickly as possible and resolves all reported complaints within 5 business days.
Urgent safety matters, illegal-content concerns, and claims involving non-consensual or unauthorized use of content are prioritized ahead of routine requests.
Possible outcomes
- removal or restriction of content
- warning, suspension, or permanent account action
- billing clarification or customer-support follow-up
- requests for more information if a report is incomplete

Appeals
If you are the person depicted in content on Girlfriendly AI and want to appeal a decision based on a claim of lack of consent, see the Consent appeals section of our Report Abuse / Takedown Policy. Consent appeals follow a dedicated verification process, require immediate takedown if consent cannot be established or is void under applicable law, and, where Girlfriendly AI disagrees, permit resolution by a neutral body at Girlfriendly AI's expense.
